Dementia Advocacy Service

The Dementia Advocacy Service works with people with memory loss and in the early stages of dementia to create a ‘Living well plan’. The service will also support people in the later stages of their illness to ensure their views and wishes are acted upon – keeping them in control when they are no longer in a position to express their wishes
