Andy Rogers

Andy Roger - Health Complaints Manager

Andy heads up the Independent Health Complaints Advocacy service in Somerset. He has been working in health complaints advocacy since 2006 & spent some time working in Somerset whilst at SEAP. Andy also spent two years managing the same service for Swan in Wiltshire.




Belinda Lock - Dementia Advocacy Service Team Manager

Belinda has worked across health and social care for many years in Somerset, Dorset and Devon. Belinda lives in rural Somerset and enjoys most things Country. When not at work you will find her walking and more recently running, with dogs and grandchildren.

Claire Gilbert - Generic Advocacy/Care Act Team Manager.

Claire has a background of 14 years in Social Services as an officer for residential and domiciliary services before moving to the community mental health team in another locality.  Her last advocacy provision was as senior advocate for an advocacy team providing IMCA, IMHA and generic mental health advocacy since 2008 until now.

Stephen Bennett-Troake - Office Manager.

Stephen working full-time alongside the referral takers to support the advocacy teams and their clients, and ensuring the logistics of the office(s) meet our needs.  Stephen has a wide admin background in the public, private and third sectors, with roles including customer service, training & support, marketing & sales, communications/social media and general admin. More recently he was regional support officer for charity Rethink Mental Illness and latterly assistant to the director of operations at the British Red Cross covering the South West and Channel Islands.

Toyah Warrington - Mental Health Manager

Toyah’s background is in Health and Social Care where she worked with vulnerable people on a daily basis as part of her role. Toyah is extremely pleased to be given the opportunity to progress this further and support the team in Somerset in continuing to provide the fabulous service already established.

Toyah’s hobbies include walking in the country with her puppy, reading, exercising and relaxing! She loves attending social groups where she can meet great people from all backgrounds and looks forward to meeting many more within her new role
