Working for a charity can be a very rewarding experience, knowing that the work you do makes a real difference to the lives of vulnerable people.

Swan's success has been built on the skills, talent and dedication of it's staff and supporters and we pride ourselves on a highly skilled, diverse and flexible team that are dedicated to supporting the people we work with.

We reward their dedication to our cause by investing in them through City & Guilds accredited training, a wide range of skills and knowledge based courses, as well as coaching and mentoring opportunities.

At Swan we believe a good home / work life balance is essential so we offer flexible working hours and locations as well as many home working opportunities.

Please support the work that we do

Your donation will help us to ensure that our service remains free and independent.

Our aim is to ensure that all disadvantaged citizens in the communities we work, have access to an advocate that is both free and independent from any other service. To support them to understand and speak up about decisions that are being made about them, enabling them to make their own decisions and remain in control of their lives.
