About us
SWAN believe that everyone has the right to speak up for themselves. Our team work with people from all walks of life including the most disadvantaged and marginalised adults in our communities. We help them to have their voices heard and their choices respected by those that are making decisions about their future.
We offer free, independent and confidential Statutory Advocacy alongside advocacy for vulnerable adults who are Victims of Crime.

Independent Advocate – Casual basis – West Berkshire Team
Working from home but with travel throughout West Berkshire. This is a very rural county with limited public transport therefore your own transport is essential for this role.
Hourly rate – £12.34 per hour

Advocacy Support Officer – Part time, working from our Taunton office
No. hours – 1 x 20hrs and 1 x 19hrs per week
Actual salary range; 20 hour role is £12,711.09 – £13,485.19 / 19 hour role £12,075.53 – £12,810.93 (FTE £23,515.51 – £24947.61) the lower salary will be paid to new starters
