We deliver a Victims of Crime Advocacy Service (VOCAS) in BaNES.
We launched our Victims of Crime Advocacy Service (VOCAS) in April 2019, our Independent Care Act Advocacy in February 2020 and Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy in January 2022.
On 1st June 2023 we launched our new Pan Dorset Advocacy Service.
Our Isle of Wight Vulnerable Adults Independent Advocacy Service provides Independent Mental Capacity Act, Mental Health Act and Care Act advocacy.
We also deliver Independent Health Complaints Advocacy on the Isle of Wight.

Launching on 1 December 2023. SWAN's Portsmouth Advocacy Service provides IMHA, IMCA and Care Act Advocacy.
We provide a full range of statutory and generic advocacy for adults and our Victims of Crime Advocacy Service (VOCAS) in Somerset.
Our South Gloucestershire Advocacy Service delivers all statutory and generic advocacy. We also provide a Victims of Crime Advocacy Service (VOCAS).

SWAN can only accept a referral if the person needing an advocate has given their consent.
