Our Leadership Team

Vikki Holloway

Chief Executive Officer

Responsible for providing leadership and overseeing the day-to-day management decisions to deliver SWAN's strategic plan, and acting as direct liaison between the Board of Trustees and the Senior Leadership Group. Vikki has a background in housing, policing and leadership and has Non-Executive Director experience since 2010. She is a Fellow of Institute of Leadership and a member of the Association of Corporate Governance Practitioners.

When Vikki is not working, she likes to walk in the countryside, practice playing the cello and spend time with her family.

Niki Westerling

Director of Business Development & Marketing

Niki is responsible for business development, marketing, co-production and workforce wellbeing and inclusion. She works with beneficiaries, staff and stakeholders to design, develop and implement new services and projects.

A member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising and Chartered Institute of Marketing, Niki holds a Diploma in Fundraising. In her spare time she enjoys attending music festivals, hiking with her dog and watching superhero movies.

Kelly Dunn

Director of Finance & Central Support

Kelly is responsible for Finance, Human Resources and IT within the organisation. She works closely with colleagues to develop and monitor service budgets.

A member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), in her spare time Kelly likes to spend time with her family and enjoys running.

Anna Temblett

Partnerships Manager

Anna has been with SWAN since 2018 when she joined as the Mental Health Regional Manager before progressing to Area Manager and onto her current role as Partnerships Manager. Anna is responsible for creating new partnerships and nurturing those already established with corporate and local funders and Universities and educational settings. Anna also consolidates our Be Heard projects and provides implementation support, leading the co-production groups in our service areas.

Before joining SWAN Anna worked within Health and Social Care settings in senior positions and has a wealth of experience supporting people who are unable to communicate their needs and wishes and was a strong advocate for those in her care. Anna has a degree in Management and is trained in Makaton.

Anna ran her own business in sensory story classes for babies and toddlers and still has a passion for aiding children’s development. In her spare time she enjoys going to the cinema, reading a variety of books and upcycling.

Claire Gilbert

Training Manager

Claire is responsible for all training and training development for SWAN. She is also the City & Guilds Assessor for the Independent Advocacy Diploma or Certificate for all advocacy staff and volunteers working in advocacy roles for SWAN.

Claire holds the Diploma in Independent Advocacy herself and was previously a Regional Manager for SWAN. Claire worked across all statutory advocacy disciplines roles as an Independent Advocate, but made the switch to training and assessment a few years ago. She is passionate about passing on skills and experience to other colleagues for the advocacy role.

When not working, Claire enjoys doing her photography projects and is a published photographer.

Lindsey Burke

Head of Services

As Head of Services Lindsey has responsibility for a mixed portfolio of contracts. As well as leading the operational team, Lindsey is a member of the Senior Leadership Group, supporting the sustainability and development of the organisation.

Lindsey previously worked as an Operations Director responsible for various government funded contracts including the National Careers Service and the Offender Learning and Skills Service. For SWAN Lindsey currently heads up our Somerset, Isle of Wight, Pan Dorset and Portsmouth Statutory Advocacy Services.

When not working Lindsey is a keen equestrian and enjoys exploring the countryside.

Helen Passfield

Head of Services

As Head of Services, Helen heads up our Victims of Crime Advocacy Service (VOCAS), West Berkshire Statutory Advocacy Service and Advocacy Support Team (AST). As a member of the Senior Leadership Group, Helen supports and contributes to the work and decision making of the Executive Team.

Helen has experience of managing a diverse range of statutory, non-statutory and charitable services. She has a wealth of experience as a chartered registered manger, with specialist knowledge of Domiciliary and Complex Care services.

When not working Helen is a keen gardener and genealogist, and volunteers at her local St Peter’s Hospice Shop.
