SWAN is an advocacy charity which started in 1999.
Advocacy is supporting people to:
– Understand their rights
– Get the information they need
– Make decisions
– Get their voices heard
We support people to have their voices heard and get the outcome they want in life.
We work in different counties across the South West, including Dorset, Somerset, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, the Isle of Wight, Bath & North East Somerset, and North Somerset.
In 2022 we achieved the Advocacy Quality Performance Mark. This means we have been assessed to be a good advocacy provider.
